Another Russian War Crime
Russia plans to forcibly remove Ukrainians from the occupied territories who do not accept Russian passports starting on January 1, 2024. According to reports, anyone in the occupied areas who declines Russian citizenship by that date will be considered “foreigners” and subjected to expulsion.
