In the video the IDF soldier tells the tragic story about what happen ed on the 7th of October, with gunshot fire being heard in the background, he then says “Dora please watch over us from heaven“, referring to one of the victims of the October 7th massacres. He then counts down from 10 and pulls the cable and then there is a huge explosion and he says “Am Yisrael Chai“.

IDF Response to October 7th Massacres

A notable intensification of the Israel-Palestinian conflict occurred on the night of October 27, 2023, with the IDF initiating a major incursion into the Gaza Strip in retaliation to the Hamas massacres. The toll of this conflict has been substantial, with over 1,400 Israelis and international individuals, predominantly civilians, losing their lives, and around 240 being held captive in the initial assault from Gaza. As of November 21, 2023, the death toll in Gaza exceeded 12,000 according to Hamas health officials.
