The Telegraph has published an article saying that BBC Arabic acted like a mouthpiece for Hamas.
It claims the service repeated Hamas lies, protected their narrative, and reduced or ignored Israeli suffering.
The leaked report argues BBC Arabic helped spread Hamas propaganda rather than reporting neutrally.
