Tel Aviv University will host a free evening of music, performance and discussion about artificial intelligence on Monday, November 9, at 17:00 Israel time. Advance registration is required.

AI Week TLV's organizers used a LinkedIn announcement on November 5 to set out a program bringing musicians and technology developers onto the same stage. Arkadi Duchin and Yair Nitzani are scheduled for the closing conversation, while the evening also includes live performances and a panel about artists and algorithms.

Artists Meet the People Building the Tools

The third edition of The Future of Creativity in the Age of Generative AI will take place at Smolarz Auditorium. AI Week and the law firm S. Horowitz are presenting the session, developed in collaboration with Eyal Brook, who heads the firm's AI practice.

The announced program includes short talks involving Artlist, Decart, ICAA Strategists and AI artist Barak Rotem. Fernando Garibay, Annette Doms and Guy Mar are listed for the artists and algorithms panel.

A Human Voice and a Digital Double

One performance gives that discussion a concrete form. Musician Omer Luz, known as Peter Spacey, described his contribution on LinkedIn as the latest chapter of Artificial Humanity, a project exploring live collaboration between people and AI. This year's presentation is called From Genesis to Code.

Luz said the performance connects the 42 letters of a Kabbalistic creation code with computer code, prompts and tokens. He listed Eyal Brook on keyboards, Nofar Margaliot on vocals and Nataly Shafir on visuals, with his own work covering AI orchestration, production and synthesizers. He also said a digital version of himself would join the performers onstage.

Authorship Moves Beyond the Screen

Brook's involvement brings a legal perspective to the program. In a June discussion published by S. Horowitz, he examined how generative AI challenges established ideas about authorship, originality and ownership. His subject was how copyright frameworks may develop as machines take a larger role in creative production.

The questions extend into working life. Israel's new Beyond Intelligence forum opened this week with AI, work and income on its agenda. Other Israeli discussions have examined AI and historical testimony.

When to Arrive and How to Register

Doors open at 16:30 Israel time on Monday, November 9. The organizers' November 5 announcement schedules the program for 17:00 to 19:20 at Smolarz Auditorium on the Tel Aviv University campus.

Entry is free, including for people without an AI Week ticket. Registration is through the university's Blavatnik Interdisciplinary Cyber Research Center, using the dedicated creativity event form shared by AI Week. The local creators' publication Content IL also states that advance registration is required and places are limited.

The broader AI Week conference runs November 9 to 11. Tel Aviv University lists research, industry applications, robotics, cybersecurity, health and policy among its subjects. Its general conference registration is paid, while the Monday creativity evening has its own free admission arrangement.
